Ruins serve as a poignant reminder of loss and destruction. Yet, ruins are not always physical, they best understood through visual language—the sense memory extends for displaced people far beyond crumbling monuments. Exploring the sonic element displacement is key to understanding way relate spaces have leave. This article explores particular disjuncture staging commemorating Arabness in Tel Aviv, “Hebrew City.” The being Arab Aviv apparent any visitor who walks down beach promenade, this examines main sites contestation on border with Jaffa. Most Hassan Bek Mosque, most visible Islamic symbol Aviv; I describe process gaining admission non-Muslim, discussing painful indelible 1948 worshipers. Delving deeper into affective ruin, trace Umm Kulthum’s famous concert Jaffa (officially Palestine at time), examine her imprint has moved across troubled urban Aviv-Jaffa. این پژوهش با هدف "بررسی وضعیت موجود آموزش عالی مجازی در ایران و راههای توسعه و ارتقای آن " و با روش توصیفی-تحلیلی و پیمایشی صورت پذیرفته است. بررسی اسنادو مدارک موجود در زمینه آموزش مجازی نشان داد تعداد دانشجویان و مقاطع تحصیلی و رشته محل های دوره های الکترونیکی چندان مطلوب نبوده و از نظر کیفی نیز وضعیت شاخص خدمات آموزشی اساتید و وضعیت شبکه اینترنت در محیط آموزش مجازی نامطلوب است.
